I was out and about in Windsor yesterday afternoon and took a tour of the Guildhall for some visitors to the museum. There was a family from Thailand on the tour and according to my colleague Louisa, the two young children thought I was the King (there are pictures of the King everywhere in their country and so they assumed all countries have a King). Apparently they also thought I was dressed like Henry VIII.

Then went out and read a proclamation but the rain came down and I had to take shelter to avoid getting the livery messed up. Apparently it is very difficult to get clean and if it gets too wet it will lose shape, so I am being extra cautious about keeping it clean and dry.
