Coat 2026
Changes I would like to see:
- Wider Gold Lace. Ideally twice the current 1/2 inch width, so 1inch or even wider.
- To keep the weight of the cape down, could the black layer be faked? I.e. just a strip attached to the inside of the top layer?
- The back could be improved. The last photo on this page is just an idea of the sort of thing I would like to see. More in keeping with the real design styles of the late 1700s.
The photo above shows the fading from middle of the back quite clearly.
